About the event
Adults with autism and other neurodivergent individuals often have to overcome many obstacles in life, especially when it comes to finding a job and learning how to live independently. When you're on your own, these challenges can seem insurmountable -- but with a supportive team like The ACRES Project on your side, anything is possible!
It's in that spirit that we are excited to announce The ACRES Project Amazing Race! This challenge-packed outdoor competition and fundraiser will be held at Tussey Mountain Resort rain or shine. Registered teams of two and four will tackle a gauntlet of fun trials as they compete to win amazing prizes, all while supporting our mission to help local adults with autism overcome challenges and achieve their employment goals.
In the run-up to the event, registered teams are encouraged to create a team fundraiser and raise additional funding for The ACRES Project. The team with the highest fundraising total wins our grand prize.
